Free Employer service Jobseeker Registration: Sign-in \| Sign-up For a Company in Heliopolis: Operations Manager: Work Location: Headquarters and sites (projects operating at different locations across Cairo / 6 October OR 5th settlements) Job Description - Managing and following up of all operational departments within the company to achieve company goals, including the Engineering, Procurement, Project Management and Construction departments. - Managing engineering activities in the technical office department. - Implementing and maintaining departments’ objectives and initiatives. - Coordinating projects, reviewing and monitoring project plans and schedules, negotiating with clients, reviewing changes, administration tasks including report writing, and ensuring that all projects adheres to the budget. - Managing resources (staff and equipment) and coordinating all projects’ activities. - Implementing quality management and regulatory compliance strategies, quality assurance principles, methods, design and implementation. - Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations. - Participating and helping in projects initiation and managing budgets and resources. - Reviewing and overseeing Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery. - Maintaining delivery of projects in line with the agreed Risk, quality, time, budget and profit set by the business unit in accordance with business procedures and policies. - Coordinating with other management functions and project managers of all projects to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to ensure smooth operation of the projects and that the programmed and financial restraints are followed. - Participating in client and business development efforts. - Reviewing and overseeing the Tendering Department - Administrating new safety programs and developing safety culture - Coordinating all activities in the assigned projects Job Requirements: - B.S.
