Get new jobs by email Please enter a valid email. Assist with updating and maintaining pricing system and prepare internal quotations including entering data into company systems. Communicate with Warehouse and Transportation companies to schedule and confirm shipments.. Confirm shipments have been picked-up with warehouses.  Mail or email documents as requested.  Keep updated files, making folders for each P.O.,  Check ETA and track vessels,  Maintain business relationships with clearance agents. Maintain a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Internet usage as well as internal computer programs. Other duties as assigned.
