Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle – requirements, architecture, design, development, deployment. Estimate project timeline with the project manager Coach and lead junior developers. Required Qualifications: 3-6 years’ experience as a .NET Developer. XAML technologies experience (e.g. WPF/Silverlight/WP7) . Windows Communication Foundation. Strong C# knowledge. .NET Framework (2.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5) Working with MS Expression Blend Design Patterns (MVVM , Prism, etc) Good knowledge of SDLC. Good Knowledge of Git control system.
