JOB SUMMARY • Installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within an organization or between organizations.• The goal is to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users, such as staff, clients, customers and suppliers. 2. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure• Maintenance for computer hardware and software maintenance.• Repair LAN and internet connection and manages routers, switches or access points• Manages all site servers, he gives users policy and permission in the site, backup data, configure DHCP.• Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.• Maintain servers, site-to-site connection, mange VLANS, add users to domain.• Manages the enterprise domain and network, manage security, backup system, give users policy and permission, design the network infra-structure, configure DHCP, DNS, MAIL, File and domain servers in the enterprise.• Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards.• Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.• Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet.• Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff.• Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work.• Managing the website and keeping internal networks running.• Monitoring the use of the web by employees. 1. SKILLS REQUIRED• Has the ability to suggest and provide IT solutions to business and management problems.• Creative approach to problem solving.• He has the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.• An understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues.• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.• Good communications skills.• Team-working skills.• An appreciation of the bigger business picture, not just its IT requirements.• Has the ability to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers.• Any organizational skills 2. EDUCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Graduated from the faculty of Engineering - Computer Science Section.• 3 years’ experience in building and maintenance of IT infrastructures.• Good experience in LANs, GANs.
