Dome Trading & Contracting Company is an EPC contractor specializing in Electro-mechanical Projects, in addition to maintenance and trading activities in the oil & gas industry and the power sectors. Due to the continued expansion of our activities, we are currently looking for the following qualified people to join our team: 1.) Fire & Gas Technician (Three Positions) Job profile: The position is field based for Fire & Gas Equipment Maintenance. He shall report to the Team Leader Qualification Criteria Diploma in any Fire & Gas Fluent in English and Arabic Key Responsibilities 1. Test and inspect fire and smoke detection related devices as well as interfaces with instrumentation equipment related to the equipment and Area at site. 2. Carry out occasional repair, re-installation or replacement of fire and smoke related as required. 3. Perform routine functional testing, including the interface to process control and shutdown systems. 4. Have the ability to read and interpret drawings, specification, vendor data, technical data sheet, etc. 5. Experience in commissioning, inspecting, testing, and maintaining newer generation F&G detection technologies 6. Ensure the functional operation and of the various components of the fire and smoke detection systems such as fire detection devices, smoke detection devices, notification appliances, fire and gas control logic, etc. 7. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting (24/7 on call duty), disassembly, cleaning calibration of fire detection.
