About Nai-Supporting Open Media in Afghanistan Nai Supporting Open Media in Afghanistan is an Afghan media development NGO based in Kabul. Nai was launched in June 2004 and is registered and recognized by the Ministry of Economics of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Nai is also a full member of Internews International (www.internews.tv), an association uniting thirty-one autonomous non-profit organizations working for the development of independent, pluralistic and open media worldwide. Job Summary Admin Finance officer responsible for administration and finance Section management • Organization of office meetings, the room, supplies and organization of the meetings) • Manage the guards, cleaners and cook. • Handle logistics, provide support and Duties and Responsibilities • Admin Finance officer responsible for administration and finance Section management • Organization of office meetings, the room, supplies and organization of the meetings) • Manage the guards, cleaners and cook. • Handle logistics, provide support and leadership to administrative staff members, and work with security personnel. • Manage the guards, cleaners and cook. • preparing contract as per recommendation of Quotation team for purchasing of goods if applicable • Admin Finance officer responsible for preparation of all logistic issues, contracts, including Car Rental Contract, Procurement Contract. • Make sure that all standard Logistic procedures are applied in preparation of all kinds of contract. • Provide Logistical services in the Office and so as to speed up the work process. • Responsible for control of inventory and management of assets of the Office. • Check and control generator’s log book and prepare fuel requests as needed. • Check and control of stock system and insure that the stock card and stock databases are update. • Preparing of monthly report and submit to nai main office in Kabul . • Admin / Finance Officer is responsible for establishing and maintenance of Admin Finance Filling System • Preparing Request for Applications for purchasing of goods if needed, • Make arrangement of special event. • Admin / Finance office must have access in IT section. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned from time to time Qualification Be in possession of university degree in either Economic. At least three years of practical experience in a Admin / Finance outlet. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dari and Pashto. Knowledge of computers application in word. Windows and use of internet.
