Position Open (Title): Head of Engineering Departments (Director) Job Location: Mohandesen, Giza , Egypt Job Code: HOE Educational Required: ? B.Sc. in Engineering ? A post graduate study in project management/PMP is an asset. Experience Required: More than 20 years of experience within design consultancy environment and as a manger/director not less than 7 years. Required Competencies: ? Client Focus ? Communication ? Accountability ? Conflict Management ? Strategic Thinking ? Resource Management ? Technical Credibility Responsibilities: ? Participate in developing and achieving DSC strategy. ? Manage and guide the engineering departments by providing technical support and direction. ? Conduct and participate assessing the initial projects. ? Ensure offering up to standard services within DSC. ? Holds regular status meetings with project managers to assess individual project in terms of progression level. ? Cerate and Develop system and procedure to enhance work flow and deliverables of engineering departments. ? Ensure offering the professional development to DSC staff . ? Conducts performance appraisals sessions of all Head of Departments. ? Provide ongoing coaching and continuous feedback to engineering department team.
