معتمدون لانجاز تأشيرات العمل وتصديق الشهادات لقنصلية المملكة العربية السعودية JOB  VACANCY   A leading bank in Jordan has an immediate opening for a vacancy as follows;   Executive Secretary\ CEO Office (Ref: 1) Description: The executive Secretary acts as a liaison between the CEO and other entities internally and externally which includes distributing and following up on internals external correspondence and preparing requested ones, following up on the CEO's administrative work, organizing priorities and the CEO's meetings, and following up on important decisions and actions requested by the CEO.   Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent. A minimum of six years of experience in a similar position, preferably with knowledge of the banking industry;   Skills: Effective verbal and listening communications skills in both Arabic and English. Effective writing skills in both Arabic and English. Good time management and ability to prioritize work. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Effective coordination of complex and sometimes conflicting demands. Effective planning and administrative skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.   Personal Attributes Active, dynamic and hard working. Is culturally sensitive and able to interact with staff at ail levels. Is flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Possesses a strong work ethic.
