Purpose of the Job: The role is to manage the HR and Administrative functions of the company and to implement the company’s policies and apply efficient selection procedures in order to attract the right caliber candidates for available posts.   Desired Candidate Profile: 1)    Assist Department Heads in setting organizational objectives and individual targets. 2)    Roll out the performance review system, conduct performance review workshops, and evaluate employee performance and ensure to provide constructive feedback to employees. 3)    Conduct training and development programs to employees to achieve their objectives. 4)    Oversee the employee grievances, assist department heads to solve employee disputes and recommended ways to settle and resolve issues. 5)    Participate in disciplinary hearings and recommend disciplinary action in accordance to company’s policies and Yemen Labor Law.   Application Process: If you meet the requirements, and interested in this job, please send your  applications to the following e mail address : [email protected] NOTE: Applications for this job are not through Yemen HR website.
