تفاصيل الوظيفة Software Quality Management Manager / TL at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank JOB PURPOSE: -The job incumbent is involved heavily in ensuring the quality of the software from requirements phase through system integration testing till production phases using sophisticated testing tools. -Ensuring the software quality itself by leading the System Integration Testing (SIT) phase before UAT phase; which is divided into validating the solution {ensuring that it was originally requested from business} and verifying the solution {ensuring that it is functioning as it should be with high quality (minor defects) and assuring that this solution didn’t impact the existing systems}. -Using the HP Quality Center tool; the software quality process will be structured, organized and controlled. The QC tool maintains a higher level of software quality and traceability with the requirements; with the possession of test cases development, test cases execution and defects; all linked together with requirements. Along with the HP Quick Test Professional and HP Load Runner for automation and performance testing. Description: -Perform and lead all aspects of verification, including system, SIT and regression testing: -Develop and execute test cases (manual/automation scripts) -Analyze testing requirements and manage defects -Design testing scenarios and test cases for all functional requirements -Analyze the results of the testing process and recommend solutions and improvements -Automate part of regression test cases using HPQTP tool to save time and effort (if applicable) -Develop performance scripts for performance testing using HPLR tool (if applicable) -Ensure that all software quality requirements are being fulfilled by both Internal IT team and vendor -Deliver orientation sessions to ADIB IT members on the defects, management, test plan, test lab and requirements modules on HPQC tool for the related team(s) -Provide full support for HPQC tool to all ITD users (if needed) -Lead any performance or regression cycle performed by the SQM team as a part of SIT using HPQC/LR/QTP tools -Assist the SQM head in receiving the SW periodical packages/CRs, reviewing and accepting them from quality perspective Perform Daily Supervisory Activities 1.Orient and train subordinates. 2.Communicate job expectations to subordinates 3.Discipline subordinates 4.Enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. 5.Participate in developing team’s strategic goals and define teams’ objectives. 6.Maintain professional and technical knowledge and benchmark state-of-the-art practices 7.Report the analytical monthly and quarterly statistics and recommend actions to resolve any issues that arise 8.Monitor daily operational activities and brings out issues and risks that may arise as a result of the process overflows. 9.Supervise team’s daily operations 10.Supervise employees’ performance with respect to their goals 11.Ensure team’s compliance with ADIB security policies. 12.Ensure team’s compliance with team’s SOP (policies and procedures) 13.Participate in identifying the skills and knowledge gap in the team based on job needs in cooperation with the Performance Improvement team 14.Presenting to SQM Head headline stats and analysis with recommendations for changes on regular basis Requirements: -Experience in a relevant endeavour, 5+ years of experience in a similar position -Experience in software quality testing Job specific Skills: -Software Quality Experience -Automation / Performance Testing Experience Generic Skills: -Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance and compliance with best practices -Certified in software quality testing (as: ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus كيفية التقديم Kindly send your CV to [email protected] and mention the job title in the subject line
