The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an independent, neutral organization ensuring humanitarian protection and assistance for victims of war and armed violence. Please visit www.icrc.org for more information. The ICRC is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of 2 Economic Security Field Officers Based in Aden Main tasks: • Contributes to the implementation and running of specific projects / programmes, mainly independently • Maintains and develops working relationships/network with different stakeholders • Plans and organises field trips (coordinate activities with concerned ICRC departments) • Follows all logistics and administrative issues linked to his activities • Contributes to written reporting Selection requirements: • University degree or professional diploma • 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar field • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English • Very good computer skills • Good knowledge the General Context of Yemen and in particular Southern Governorates • Good analytical skills Application process: Interested candidates should send the following: A letter of motivation in English A detailed C.V. in English Copy only of the highest academic degree obtained + Work certificates Only short listed candidates will be contacted Please send your applications to (indicating Ecosec FO in the subject): E-mail :
