Ref: HP279-2359 Our client is a Private Equity firm operating in the DIFC. With a strong established management team and reputation in the market they are in a strong position to grow as market conditions continue to improve. The role they have is for some to support the senior management in the area of relationship management of major stakeholders. The role entails the following: - Act as the liaison person for partnerships, ensuring there is a regular communication channel and that relevant information is shared in a timely way. - Assist in identifying opportunities for staff to get involved through project and community work. - Supporting the team with meeting follow ups and corporate presentations. - Providing regular updates on status of projects and programs to the internal comms team and reporting back on objectives and achievements of the different initiatives. - Developing content for newsletters, award applications and other materials that are produced in-house. - Supporting the events team with high level programming and logistics related to specific events (eg. Preparing briefing materials organizing photography and content capture as well as drafting invitation letters). - Running background research on key topics that are relevant for the team: eg. diversity, innovation, entrepreneurship and competitive analysis of sustainability programs. - Mapping stakeholder relations with the head of the team and managing the stakeholder database.
