تفاصيل الوظيفة A leading company in Cairo required a problem manger for a customer in KSA Problem manager: Certifications: System Center Service Manager Certificate ITIL Foundation Certified ITIL Operational Support and Analysis Experience: (*) 5 Years of IT Experience (*) At least 3 Years of experience in ITIL Operation Skills: (*) Experience in dealing with all levels of management and staff (*) Have wide area of technology knowledge The Problem Manager will help drive improvements and process for the prevention of problems and elimination or reduction of recurring incidents. The Problem Manager will interface with the ITSM incident, change and release management teams in identifying cases to resolve and opportunities for improvement as well as communicate out potential known errors or trends.
