Expand the market position through opening new channels for publishing. Maintain high level of quality and quantity, and meeting commercial performance objectives (in conjunction with colleagues including Sales, Marketing, and other functions). Seek new business opportunities, powerfully and prolifically communicate the publishing strategy to his/her team, inspire higher levels of performance and delivery. Provide input and consultation on all new Publishing project planning. Prioritize work for the translation team and ensure on time delivery. Suggest, analyze and evaluate the suggested booklist to be translated in terms of content and readers’ needs. Check quality, accuracy, completeness of the translated materials. Collaborate with the production unit in order to ensure proper layout of the translated materials. Professional experience with managing content across multiple channels Previous experience in the Publishing field Strong analytical skills Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and delivery of results Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent influencing skills; persuasive, able to win the support and engagement of others Strong strategic thinking, analytical and planning skills Positive, forward thinking, proactive approach to work Ability to manage, empower and develop a team to full potential, as well as combining a strong ‘hands-on’ approach with an eye for the bigger picture Hindawi Foundation for Education and Culture is a non-profit organization, seeks to make a significant impact in the world of knowledge through multiple programs.
