Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Plan, direct, and undertake the activities relating to the processing of services required for University operations with various government entities or departments: 2. . Process employee residence visa applications with Immigration Department. 3. Arrange for visitor visas as required for officials, students, employment candidates and other individuals attending the University from out of country. 4. Obtain security clearance for new students and employees. 5. Assist with arranging visits between KUSTAR and other universities or organizations. 6. Follow up with Abu Dhabi and Sharjah municipalities with regard to operational related issues. 7. Perform other similar or related duties as and when assigned by the Director, HR. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Required to be out of office on regular basis to attend to business with various government entities. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related degree. Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research was inaugurated on 13 February 2007 by the President of the UAE: His Highness Sheik Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The board of Trustees which is chaired by His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces was announced on 26 February 2008. KUSTAR is an Abu Dhabi Government initiative and is owned solely by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The University opened its new interim campus in Abu Dhabi on October 2008 to add to the campus in Sharjah (formerly Etisalat University College). The university's permanent Abu Dhabi campus is currently being developed. The Sharjah branch campus has a very proud 18-year history and on 11 February 2008 was merged with the Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research.
