If you have a minimum of 10 years in Electrical Building roles this is an opportunity to join KEO in the role of Senior Electrical Engineer and be part of this prestigious project in Doha. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: • Serve as the site representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of electrical works. This includes reviewing contractor’s electrical/technical submittals, shop drawings, value engineering proposals and RFI’s. • Review contractor’s electrical change order proposals and prepare any appropriate recommendations to MEP Manager for review. • Demonstrated experience and capability in all aspects of electrical engineering within construction, including HV and MV distribution, ELV systems such as Fire Alarm, IT, A/V, CCTV and Access control, plus underground utilities. • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive client relationship and professional firm image. • Ability to understand, identify and assess project risk. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written communication. You will require a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and any appropriate Institutional affiliations (IEEE, NECA, IET, etc.) would be advantageous. Gulf experience is preferred. Good command of both written and spoken Arabic is a prerequisite for this role. All applications will be treated confidentially.
