An international has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Senior IT Projects Manager to join our company team.    This position is critical to the success of our IT team and will also be responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of project management on assigned IT projects to support the growth of our company business.    This role requires an experienced IT Projects Manager with a proven track record working in IT field and managing large IT projects.    Responsibilities: ·         Create and follow consistent best practices for project management ·         Support the enhancement of standards for Project Management Methodology  ·         Develop metrics and scorecards to evaluate the success of projects ·         Drive projects through SDLC using Waterfall or Agile Methodology, from initial definition and estimation, through to production delivery and support.   ·         Deliver projects on time, within budget, with quality results that meet customer expectations   ·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure projects are planned and prioritized to match business needs. Engage with project governance processes.     ·         Develop detailed project schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Track and report progress on required performance indicators.   ·         proactively manage scope, issues and risks to ensure project success. Follow change control procedures effectively. ·         Drive analysis and resolution of complex problems with multiple variables & risks.   ·         Provide assistance and mentoring to others.   Desired Skills and Experience Preferred: ·         Experience with IT systems ·         Experience with Project or Portfolio Management systems ·         Good knowledge  about design ·         Good appearance. ·         Good knowledge about marketing ·         Has an experience of Q.A   Minimum years’ experience required: ·         5+ years of IT and business/industry work experience ·         5+ years managing IT projects utilizing formal project management techniques and tools. ·         3+ years working within and maturing an IT Project Management Office ·         Degree/Certification required: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or Information Systems. ·         Scrum Master Experience ·         Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile/Scrum) and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. ·         Demonstrated experience in managing IT project develops (such as project charter, project schedules, financials, and status reports), issue and risk management and bringing projects to successful completion within cost and time requirements.
