An International leading Export Food Company is opening Branch in Cairo, Egypt and they are looking for Sales and Marketing Manager who has solid experience in the food industry. This person will work to find new International Market in Europe, Middle East and Africa, etc to sell foods & Vegetables from Egypt or using capabilities & facilities of their International branches. The ultimate candidate would be the person who has strong sales character with the good sense of Exporting Foods & Vegetables. POSITION: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES Identifying the International Market Needs of Foods & Vegetables (Europe, Middle East and Africa) & convert the leads to opportunities. Monitor all existing and prospective markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and review all company products and develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients. Preparing the Sales Proposals, Marketing Materials & Presentations. Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows and ensure all activities go according to customer specifications and assist business partners to design efficient distributing strategies for customers and ensure compliance to all state and federal regulations. Authenticating the Specifications & Quality of Foods & Vegetables. Assessing Foods and Vegetables Conditions. Continuously figuring out Seasonal & off seasonal Market Rates and Demands of Foods & Vegetables for the targeted Territory based on Territorial Standards. Create and execute the strongest strategy, identifying growth opportunities to exports foods and vegetables in order to develop the sales growth. Built and maintain good relationship with key client, be able to develop the strategy to achieve the massive Sales Target, Revenue & Net Profit. Identifying expectation of customers and action oriented toward customer satisfaction. Design required consumer promotions for various trade fairs and maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and assist to identify new markets. Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents and prepare special labels for brands and ensure adherence to all shipping schedule. Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations. Search for possibilities to reduce taxes. Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports. Reporting Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly to the H.Q. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree, MBA degree is a plus. At least 5 years' direct experience in foods & Vegetable Exports Company. At best, practical experience in a similar position in similar Exports Sector. Good understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies. Well-developed Communications & Negotiations skills. Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations. Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes. Solid experience in food & Vegetable ingredients across the region. Excellent spoken and written English.
