The Program Officer will be responsible for monitoring trends and developments in utilization of services and making analysis of strategies using data from established plans. He / She will also be responsible for supporting the design and administration of results based management systems, indicators and ratios within the RBM system as well as training staff on the use of data entry and reporting from the information system. The ideal candidate should have a university degree from an accredited educational institution in public policy, social science, operational research, statistics or related field. He/she should have at least six years experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, programme and project reporting, and results-based management using key output and performance indicators in logical frameworks. The Assistant Compensation and Management Services Officer will be responsible reviewing data pertinent to salaries, allowances and benefits in the area of UNRWA operations for Agency's Area Staff to ensure the application of correct and competitive remuneration packages. He / She will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the Occupational Classification Manual (OCM) in respect of Area Staff through the conduct of desk classification studies of jobs and occupations as well as maintaining and applying the existing International category job classification system. The ideal candidate should have a university degree from an accredited educational institution in public or business administration, human resources management, social sciences, industrial engineering with major in management or related field.
