Charterhouse is working with a legal organisation who is looking to hire an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team. As the Service Desk Analyst you will report to the IT Team Leader and ensure all IT issues are resolved efficiently, ensuring all systems operate to meet business needs. Your main responsibilities will be to provide 1st and 2nd line support resolution to company users, update and respond logging systems, ensure users are updated throughout and pass issues if cannot be resolved 1st/2nd line. The successful candidate should hold a bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and have a minimum of 2 years’ service desk experience. Strong knowledge / certification in ITIL, Windows 7 and Microsoft applications is required. Having worked within the legal industry would be an advantage.
