Our client is a leading IT solutions & services provider headquartered in Dubai. Our client provides technology solutions to organisations in a diversity of verticals like Banking, Government, Hospitality, Education, SME and Oil & Gas. We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, of which minimum of 4 years successful selling experience in IT Infrastructure and Software Solutions. Job Purpose: Achieving the allocated targets by consultative selling approach and ensure the Customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Understand the business needs of customers/prospects and recommend & present proposals for the technology products, solutions and services to improve the customer operations. - Coordinating with product, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Build new business cases for software & IT Infrastructure solutions, based on identifying appropriate return on investment, defining strategy for a particular area of business and presenting recommendations for future approaches. - Create new customers in UAE from Corporate & Government sectors. - Previous experience in working with Software Solutions like ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence & Asset management. - Regular meetings with strategic customers and prospects. - Good Negotiation Skills, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated and High Energy person with a passion for achieving his goals. Should be Result Oriented - An account manager focuses on increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and meeting quarterly targets. - Good understanding of cost & margin and other relevant financial terms. - Having Good Communication skills. - Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed goals and quota - Present at customer meetings, seminars, training, and webinars as required - Maintain sales certifications as required for product vendors. - Individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self-manage; however, you will be part of a growing team of people with the same job title. - MBA, BE, Diploma in Marketing/Sales - Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in selling IT Infrastructure and Software Solutions - UAE Market Experience will be an advantage - Sales Certification TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES: - People Management - Lead Generation - Accruing new accounts - Business Domain Knowledge - Relationship Management - Desire to Achieve & excel - Market Intelligence - Consultative Selling - ITIL & IT Governance Practice - Process Compliance & Improvement - Software sales SOFT SKILLS: - Communication - Customer Focus - Team Work - Understanding of Financial Terms - Good English language skills Black Pearl is a progressive, dynamic and well structured HR solution provider that offers permanent recruitment services, HR consultancy, psychometric assessments, coaching and also professional training services for clients from different corporate sectors in the Middle East.
