• Draft, review, negotiate and administer a range of commercial legal documents, including NDAs, MOUs, Service Agreements, Supply Agreements, amendments, employment contracts • Review and advise on internal and external documents, including press releases, company policies • Analyse and interpret contract terms and conditions and advise the business on key legal risks and impacts • Assist the business to identify and draft technical requirements for commercial transactions • Support the legal team as necessary, including assisting and supervising junior staff • Liaise with external legal counsel and specialists • Ensure compliance of transactions and policies with applicable laws and regulations • Assist in drafting and negotiating complex procurement and transactions • Review and manage standard agreements This is for a mid- year level lawyer ( 6 years post qualification experience) with commercial experience, preferably from Satellite and Telecoms industries . Excellent English drafting is mandatory. Arabic is preferable but not mandatory. RP International is the leading specialist recruitment consultancy in the established and emerging telecoms markets.
