Company: Our client is one of the leading insurance companies; they are currently looking to hire an IT Technical Support in Jeddah – Saudi Arabia. Essential Work Activities: • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. • Talking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone. • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. • Replacing parts as required. • Providing support, including procedural documentation. • Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. • Supporting the roll-out of new applications. • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs. • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate); • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time; • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with all employees • Testing and evaluating new technology. • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment. • Adheres to the contents of the Company’s overall internal procedures and policies. • Perform such other duties that may be required from time to time. • Must be a Saudi Nationals • Preferably Male’s • Fresh graduate with a University Background • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately; • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment; • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good; • Multi-tasking capabilities; • The maximum salary offered for this role is around SAR 5000 Propel Consult delivers a service in step with the needs of both our client companies and candidates.
