The role involves a high degree of vision and insight into digital media, the ability to create and drive value propositions, and in particular the skill to develop imaginative and integrated advertising solutions for Advertisers/ Brands and Media agencies to drive revenue and business results. The Digital Sales Manager’s primary responsibilities include: - Initiate and implement digital advertising strategies and tactics to generate sales with respect to advertisement on a bundle of our digital properties across all platforms - Proactively seeking sponsorship and advertisement sales - Identifying and targeting potential clients - Partner with Advertisers/ Brands and media agencies to develop new business and generate repeat sales of advertising space, by leveraging on the rich data and digital platforms we offer to enable targeted advertisements to reach and enrich consumers’ digital lifestyle - Understanding clients’ marketing plans and advising them on the advantages of working with us - Maintaining a strong pipeline of business and retention of existing clients. - Work with other departments when and where required - Work closely with the Product Marketing and Ad Op teams to ensure that the GDL properties are leading with the best of breed advertising products, and monetizing data and advertising as a service for relevant and targeted advertising to consumers - Work closely with the Product Marketing and Ad Op teams to ensure that our properties are leading with the best of breed advertising products, and monetizing data and advertising as a service for relevant and targeted advertising to consumers - Minimum 3 years of experience in digital ad sales - Must be a Turkish Resident - A proven track record in media sales and a strong motivation to win new business - Demonstrated analytical skill and creativity, as required in the structure and placement of advertisements on mobile and digital platforms - Team player and must have strong desire for success. - Passionate about digital media and technology advancements - Excellent communication skills required - Must possess a positive outlook HR Source Consulting is a premier Human Resources Consultancy that provide clients across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with expert human resources planning and solutions.
