Our client is a major developer and operator of Shopping Malls throughout the Middle East Region. At present, our client is looking to recruit a Mall Director to be based in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Proactively leading and managing a team of motivated individuals to ensure that one of the largest Middle East Mall developments evolves of its consumer and partner base. • To oversee the Mall Operation function and contribute to the continued growth of the development by devising and implementing short, medium and long term Strategy at all times in alignment with the company vision • To ensure that all financial targets are met and approproate budgets are set and monitored • To ensure that the stakeholders get the right support at all levels of the business ensuring that the highest possible level of service and ambience are offered befit a World Class Mall development • Ensure that tenants get the right support, services to achieve their business targets and the customers who walk into the mall get to experience the best of facilities and contribute to the growth of the company business operations. The successful candidate will ideally have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant related discipline Candidates with an additional MBA qualification will be at a distinct advantage Possess a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience within malls and or large scale leisure, hospitality or retail business Have spent at least 5 years' in a management role Command MENA has been successfully partnering with clients and candidates since 2005.
