You will be designing experiences for both our internal clients as well as external clients across the Middle East, US, UK and Europe. You will focus on improving conversion rates to hit performance KPIs and help us define and design the next generation of our own websites in Financial Services, Travel and Retail sectors.
You can plan on sketching, concepting, and rapidly designing beautiful solutions all while leveraging the help of an internal creative team that has over 36 years of combined experience. You’ll also collaborate directly with seasoned developers as they bring your designs and ideas to life alongside our customer acquisition team’s insight.

- Design Thinker: You’ll uncover real business problems, identify creative ways of solving that problem, and then design full-scale experiences that serve over 380,000 customers every day.
- Interaction Designer: Your designs are simple to use but 100% commercially viable
- Visual Designer: You know how to create beautiful things, but more importantly, you’re brave enough to cut everything if it’s not working. A fierce focus on getting the job done is your design philosophy
- Entrepreneur: You’ll think about your designs as a business and you’ll measure their performance against KPI targets
- Data Scientist: You’ll seek out analytics and user testing data to help you make design decisions and iterate on your past design decisions to get better
- Growth Hacker: You’ve worked with split testing frameworks and platforms like Optimizely or Google Content Experiments in the past

Here are some words that shouldn’t freak you out:
Adobe CC, KPIs, Concepts, Branding, Optimisation, Display/HTML5, CSS/HTML, Mobile, UX, 5 years’ experience. - Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Must speak excellent English and Arabic is an advantage
- Must currently reside in the UAE
