To ensure that the company’s products, operations and documentation adheres to both internal and external standards and regulations to maintain high quality including reliability, usability and performance. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performing quality control activities on the company’s products, operations, and documentation. 2. Providing consultations and marketing assistant assistance to Structured Finance area. 3. Ongoing efforts to ensure operational practices are in compliance with the appropriate quality standards, policies, and regulations to maintain high quality outputs. 4. Reviewing, developing and editing all documents & presentations when required ensuring that consistency, error free and accuracy of material are retained. 5. Providing coaching and mentoring for less experienced professional and/ or selected staff members to help them achieve their professional goals or develop specific skills. 6. Schedules and conducts quarterly QA meeting with Senior Management. Develops and follows through on quality initiatives. 7. Develop and implement programs to improve quality. Job Requirements ? Bachelor or Master Degree in literature, Finance, Economics or equivalent. Experience: ? A minimum of 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience, at least 3 of which in a similar role. ? Relevant work experience and industry exposure. Skills required: ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Fluent in of English in addition to local language ? Strong management, prioritizing, and organizational skills ? Emphasizing Excellence ? Attention to Detail ? Thoroughness ? Dealing with Complexity ?
