• Sourcing Strategy formulation, communication and implementation. • Selection for appropriate suppliers and suppliers’ management plan. • Total cost of ownership calculation • Ensure supply • Integrate innovation elements from suppliers into Nestle innovation and renovation process • Ensure the agreed service level with internal stakeholders • Ensure supplies adhere to Nestle Supplier code • Continuous search for new supplier, new ways of doing business, aggression of spend between factories • 1-2 years of Supply Chain experience. • Proficiency in Computer, and English skills. • Bachelor degree in Engineering. • Excellent communication and negotiation Skills • Very Good presentation skills • Ability to convince others • Ability to learn and flexible • Ability to manage stress • Ready to work across different purchasing categories within procurement COMPANY PROFILE: Nestlé has the broadest brand and product portfolio of any food company in the world.
