Responsible towards the Director of Studies and Project Management • First - Studies and Planning Analyst • quality and excellence official Duties and Responsibilities • Assist in developing the strategic plan for the management of studies and projects and the executive work plan and supervise the activated and implemented. • Provide advice and support and reports to the Director of Administration to determine the case study projects to be performed and the problems and challenges that may be encountered needed to be resolved and recommendations. • Commitment to implement policies and procedures for administration actively in all operations carried out by the office. • supervise the work of his followers and to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of activities and processes that are implemented. • Provide guidance and support and assistance to staff its affiliates, hold regular meetings with them to make sure that all management activities carried out in accordance with the approved plans and directed towards achieving the strategic objectives of the Office. • Understanding of the objectives of the project management and the composition Frith best work experiences and skills available for study and analysis and develop the most appropriate plans for its implementation. • Planning for the projects agreed upon by the tools of project management methodology and tries to develop constantly. • Study and planning of optimal ways to manage and ways of implementation and the preparation of reports and budgets on them. • Supervising the preparation of preliminary studies and plans to determine the time and financial estimates (project budget) and submitted to the Director of Administration. • Coordination with the sponsors of the projects to create a clearer and more comprehensive project objectives and implementation mechanisms image. • Raising the perceptions of project risk analysis, monitoring and management. • Reporting and clear completed and recommendations on the projects which are analyzed and studied the Director of Administration after review and ensure completeness and accuracy. • Ensure the provision and use of the most appropriate programs to study and analyze and project planning. • Overseeing the development of quality, excellence and quality follow-up application program. • To assist in the selection of new employees. • Any other duties assigned to it by the Director of Administration within the nature of his work. Performance standards • Ability to analysis and proper planning and guidance. • Consistency of the plans with the orientations of the administration. • Efficiency in the exploitation of available resources. • Appropriate reports to make decisions and the ability to provide reliable and unrealized sources for that data. • Commitment to lift the correct reports and completed in a timely manner. Qualifications and experience required • Skills and priority is given to citizens of the United Arab Emirates. • University degree in management or engineering from a recognized university, preferably who has qualified in the study of projects. • Experience of not less than 6 years in the field of analysis and project management, preferably in major companies, including three years in the planning and management of major projects. • Knowledge and full understanding of the laws and federal legislation related to the work of the Department. • The ability to study and analyze the projects and the development of implementation plans and programs needed to use that technology. • Ability to work in a team, whether from inside or outside the office. • Ability to prepare reports and presentations perfectly and professionally. • High skills in communicating with the important personalities and senior levels. • Communication skills written and oral English and Arabic and establish good relationships with others. • Ability to negotiate and demonstrate credibility and objectivity.
