A Leading Property Developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Retail Leasing Director. You will be responsible for all the day to day activities of the leasing team, including, budget setting, leasing strategy, retail mix, Issuing of MOUs etc You will be liaising with all the Retail Brands at the highest level and will also be expected to source international names. This is an excellent role for someone who is looking for autonomy and continued career development. The ideal candidate must come with a proven track record within retail leasing. 8 years retail leasing experience experience of working on large malls ability to negotiate at the highest level competent in all aspects of the Leasing Cycle from the LOI through to the Lease agreement Ability to manage a team effectively Robinson Faris Jones - Human Resources (RFJ-HR), is a new bespoke HR and Resourcing Consultancy tailored to giving individuals and companies alike a premier and personal service. Consisting only of Director level personnel, each with over 7 years experience of working within the Gulf Region, we aim to alleviate all the issues and frustrations traditionally associated with using a Resourcing or external HR service.
