معتمدون لانجاز تأشيرات العمل وتصديق الشهادات لقنصلية المملكة العربية السعودية JOB VACANCY MISSION SUPPORT ASSISTANT VACANCY in Aqaba The U.S. Embassy in Amman is in search of a Mission Support Assistant, position is located in Aqaba. The position consists primarily of acting as liaison between U.S. Customs and Jordanian counterparts, it also includes IT skills and trouble shooting equipment, and other administrative related activities. Applicants should have Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, mathematics, engineering, chemistry, biology, IT or any related field and 2 years of experience in administrative/office support activity exposure to office accounting along with good knowledge of IT fields. Supporting documentation (i.e., copy of Bachelor's degree; must be included in the application for eligibility purposes. Or two years college in social sciences, mathematics, engineering, chemistry, biology, IT or any related field with four years of experience in administrative/office support activity exposure to office accounting along with good knowledge of IT fields is required. Supporting documentation (i.e., copy of a college degree) must be included in the application for eligibility purposes. Applicants must have Level 3 (Good) in English and Arabic level 4 is required. English proficiency will be tested. A score of 605 in TOEIC exam or 65 in TOEFL exam are accepted. The score provided must have been obtained within last six months. Must be competent in MS Office software programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet. Ability to work with Jordanian Customs, Embassy staff and outside business contact is required.
